Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee payment. No registrant will be entitled to enter the conference or exhibition area if payment has not been received. Registrants whose payment was not received by (15.05.2017) can pay onsite in order to access the event.
Sponsors and BBI VIP Business Club members are provided with coupons that grant them a discount on the registration fee.
Cancellations received in writing by (01.05.2017.) are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee (minus a EUR 80 administrative charge). No refund will be provided after this date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or through a PayPal account. Checks will not be accepted. All delegates are advised to arrange for full payment prior to the event to avoid any delays in collecting their accreditations and on-site material. No accreditation and materials will be issued to delegates with an outstanding payment.
A paid registrant can be replaced by a colleague at no cost, provided that the organisers receive all information by email by (15.05.2017.). After this date, changes will not be permitted.
Organisations sending participants to the event may be referenced in SBF communications and promotional messages about the event (no personal information will be disclosed).
Your accreditation will include your name, company and country. It will be checked at the entrance of the event and sessions. Data related to your participation will be used by SBF only, for the sole purposes of event organization and statistics.
Data is collected through the online system of an event registration software company. Event registration data will also be stored on the SBF database in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Other than described above, SBF will not share your contact details or other data.
Event Cancellation, Insurance and Liability
In the case of any unforeseen and uncontrollable events that make it impossible or inadvisable for SBF 2017 to take place at the time and place provided, the delegate shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual overhead expenses incurred in connection with SBF 2017 and there shall be no future or derived/indirect liability on the part of either or any party. All delegates take part in the event at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain adequate coverage for travel, health and accidental insurance before they depart from their countries. The organisers, their suppliers or agents accepts no liability for any personal injuries; or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to SBF 2017 delegates.
Travel and Transportation
All delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel and transportation. Please note that citizens of certain countries are required to obtain an entry visa prior to arrival. Please consult with your nearest BiH consulate/embassy for further information. The SBF Team will provide assistance with visa applications for foreign registrants. SBF is not responsible for the attendee’s travel, accommodation or transportation. The SBF team will provide hotel suggestions through our website but delegates are responsible for their own reservations.
All media representatives are required to register online. Foreign media representatives will be provided assistance with visa applications. Accreditation will show company name and read “Press”. SBF is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or transportation for foreign media representatives.
