Predrag Praštalo, President of the European Movement in Bosnia, and Amer Bukvić, CEO of Bosna Bank International, signed a Memorandum of cooperation on the 9th of May on the occasion of Europe Day. The Memorandum plans to regulate cooperation with regards to EU integration and strengthening the business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main aim of creating cooperation between the European Movement in Bosnia and BBI Bank is to harmonize efforts and activities to promote and support the development of a modern and prosperous society and to achieve better business climates for the development of private and public businesses and entrepreneurships in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"The European Movement in Bosnia has been cooperating with BBI Bank over the Sarajevo Business Forum and the involvement of local communities in the project. Today, this cooperation was made official with the signing of this Memorandum. With the inclusion of the European Movement, we want to work together so that local communities can establish European business standards as soon as possible,” said Predrag Praštalo.
Director of BBI Bank, Amer Bukvić, noted that cooperation with the European Movement has been going on for several years and is intended to assist in creating good business environments within the country.
“BBI Bank also establishes an extensive business platform for international networking through the Sarajevo Business Forum, which is organized within the framework of our social responsibility. This synergy with the European Movement in creating better business environments is crucial in positioning BiH on its path towards the European Union, "said Bukvic.
